You’ve trained with a sturdy bronze shield, which can be used offensively as well as defensively.

You start with the following ability:

✦✧ Strength When you Stand fast while holding a shield, add your Strength to the Brace roll.

Abilities to Learn

.5xp new ability | 10xp with attribute increase

✦✦✧ Strength Take a -2 penalty on an attack with your heavy shield. On a hit or block, make a free attack with the weapon in your other hand.

✦✦✧ Strength You take 1 less guard damage when you block ranged attacks while holding a shield.
