No ideals for Jewel Dice. You can’t invoke an ideal when you roll an implement’s Jewel Die to perform an action. Ideals are meant to push your own actions and abilities, not pushing a magical gadget’s buttons!

The doll can move slowly if commanded, but it’s designed to remain in a single household. Many Mazrian families had an answering doll tasked with menial chores like washing dishes and doing laundry. Some older answering dolls are styled to look like Shinarians, oddly enough.
The scarab is useless to Shinarians and other heartless beings.
The chariot moves about as fast as a helicopter, with a similar range of motion. Not much else in the Skysea is faster or more maneuverable over short distances. But unlike skyships or balloons, a flying chariot isn’t suitable for long-range travel: its jewel won’t last more than a few days, and it can’t be recharged mid-flight.
Studying the faience. If you know how to read Glyphs, you can study the faience as an endeavor when you rest to gain 1 revelation about any Mazrian lore. The faience only provides background knowledge; you can’t gain more than 1 revelation for any given lore from it. The faience loses its charge after you use it to study.
The scarabs don’t work on Shinarians, wraiths, or monsters.
